1. Your Rights Under New Zealand Law

Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, you have certain rights when you purchase goods in New Zealand. Our products must be:

If a product does not meet these guarantees, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

2. Returns and Exchanges

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery

3. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorisation number
  4. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Send the item to the address provided in your return instructions

4. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item, or defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.

If you are returning an item for change of mind, you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, please contact us first to confirm availability. You will be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Please provide photos of the damage when contacting us, as this helps us process your claim more quickly.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days, please check:

  • Your bank account or credit card statement
  • Contact your bank or credit card company
  • Contact us if the issue persists

9. Sale Items

Sale items are eligible for return under the same conditions as regular-priced items, subject to the terms outlined in this policy.

10. Gift Returns

If you received an item as a gift and would like to return it, please contact us. We can issue a store credit or exchange for the current value of the item.
